Product’s characteristics
The appliance is made of a high quality austenitic stainless steel. It can have a logo (of the user, company or a brand) made by a laser or engraved in the crushers body. The appliance enables saving waste collection space even by 95% in comparison to collection of non-crushed containers, what has a positive impact on budget in terms of payments for reception of waste, and allows environmental protection.
Manner of operation
Crusher’s manner of operation consists in scissor crushing of containers with subsequent cutting them with the used of inbuilt knife blade what results in releasing the air from the container and its effective crushing to achieve the smallest possible size. The first phase of crushing – cutting the container along – is highly efficient in the case of aluminium cans as well as boxes or bottles, also those with a lid. A gutter construction of the base of the crusher forms a container preventing the residues of fluids = from spilling during crashing. Austenitic stainless steel of high quality guarantees its resistance to chemical impact of the drinks’ ingredients, ensures long term exploitation and durability of components, and resistance to corrosion also while used in maritime climate.
